Profil demandé :

- The experts must hold a minimum master degree in one or more of the following fields: social or political sciences, law, public administration or any other relevant discipline. If an expert does not hold a master degree, then as an equivalent he must possess the first university degree and 3 years of relevant general professional experience in excess of the required years of experience defined below.
General experience
- a minimum of 12 years of professional experience in the sector directly related to the lot and specifically related in development cooperation and governance fields.
Specific experience
- Development work in relation to governance;
- Experience in cooperation with donors, international organisations, public administrations and civil society;
- Multi-stakeholders consultations;
- Design of a comprehensive institutional development programme;
- Strong inter-personal and presentation skills, awareness of cultural sensitivities;
- Strong report writing skills, using a clear and concise language, structuring written presentations;
- Team leadership or project management experience.
Language skills
- Excellent knowledge of English is compulsory as well as of a local language.
