- Education and duration of equivalent experience:
At least a Master Degree, Academic level, in political, development or social studies, law or public administration or related subject certified by a Diploma (or an equivalent professional experience of at least 14 (fourteen) years if the candidate does not possess a Master Degree5). 
- Experience 
a) General professional experience:
• At least 14 years of professional experience in the field of civil society.
• Communication and facilitation skills as proven by participation in at least one assignment with multi-stakeholders participation.
• Computer literacy (minimum MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
b) Specific professional experience:
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experiences of design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of development projects/programmes, including experiences in designing and conducting capacity building training for civil society.
• Excellent knowledge of EU rules and procedures, as proven by at least one similar assignment for the EU.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in working on different types/sectors of EU funded projects, regulations and procedures for EU development cooperation implemented through grant modalities (e.g. call for proposals, financial/funding approaches, PCM).
- Language skills
• Excellent working knowledge both in written and spoken English (level C1).
